Zvonček (“little bells”) is the dance group with the youngest members. They mainly perform at the Slovenija Pavilion during the Folklorama festival in Winnipeg. They have also performed at community events, such as Mother’s Day and Saint Nicholas celebrations. In addition to dancing, this group has also performed skits and used instruments while singing on stage. 

If your child is interested in performing traditional songs and dances from different regions of Slovenija, we are excited to welcome them! We strive to create a safe space for children to make friends and foster their artistic abilities! 

The Zvonček group accepts children aged 5-10. The age range may vary slightly from year to year due to the specific needs of the group and more senior dance groups in the CSCS community. 

The choreographers for this group are Rayna Schuster and Emilie Jagodnik.
